Mermaid Tails

 We typically ship all orders within 2 - 3 days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) after having received your order.  

 

Important notes regarding your shipping times and costs:

 

1. Our system calculates a flat rate delivery fee based on the  total  price and weight

   of your order.

2. If your product is out of stock we will contact you to ask if you would like to change

   your order or cancel.

3. If you need us to make a change to your order after it has been placed it may delay

   the order by 24 hours.  Once an order has been processed we cannot make changes

   to it. 

4. All orders, including express shipping options, placed after 1:00 PM EST will not be

   processed until the following business day. Please keep that in mind when placing

   an order on a Friday.

 

Domestic (US) -  Estimated delivery days are for  the carrier service only. Please add 3 business days to the shipping options below to better estimate your actual delivery date.

Local Carrier             a CUSTOMS NUMBER  - NOT A TRACKING NUMBER  in our shipment varification  email. .

Flat Rate                   Your customs number (number begins with "LM") may be used if  a package delays beyond the  

                                   10-20 days specified with your local postal authority. Be aware that delivery may require a customs

                                   tax to be paid to your country. This is a tax levied by your country and does not have anything to do

                                   with Magical Mermaid Swimwear.  Your package will be delivered by your  national postal service

                                   authority to the address specified on your order and NOT by  a commerical  carrier such as UPS,

                                   DHL or FedEx.  This is an economy service and tracking is not provided.

                                   

 

 

 

USPS                 USPS Priority Mail  Express International - Limited Delivery tracking is included.  This option does          $45-$95              6 - 8 days

                                   NOT include additional duties and import fees for some countries (i.e. Australia).  Be aware there

                                   could be an additional charge before you can claim your package. Duties can typically run 

                                   $15-$25 but can be more depending on the number of items you order. 

                                                                                                             

                            

 

When your package ships you will receive an email confirmation from us which will include your tracking number. 

If you do not receive this confirmation please check your Spam filter or check your Magical Mermaid Swimwear account to confirm that you provided us with a correct email address.
